PROCESSING OF COTTON, VISCOSE AND SYNTHETIC MIXTURES
Quality of any textile product is determined by the technology of the machines parks in production and quality of raw materials used as well as their conformity with 'Enviroment Health'.
The next stop of the high quality cotton yarn after converted to a knitted fabric form is our Dyeing and Finishing Mill wihich operates in a 28.000(metrekare) covered area where all type of dyeing and finishing processes are achieved by young, dynamic and talented staff using high tech instrument, machinery supported by modern computers within the frame of company policy based on 'high quality, consistent pricing and fast service concepts' and in accordance EKOTEKS standarts.

Our Dye-House is equipped with fully automatic HT Jets, Thies 'Roto-Straem', Blow Dye, Fongs Soft Dye machines which as a capacity of 25 tons/day in total, where cotton, viscose and syntetic mixtures can be successfully processed.

MERCERISING
Mercerising process, which changes physical and chemical properties as well as appearance of cotton fabric, is carried out by machinery and systems selected out of most advanced available in the market. In order to grab the quality which is required by our customer and us, Dornier Mercerising Machine which has the reputation of being in the market has been installed in our machine park.
