Dogus Tekstil therefore has a unit and concept where aesthetic improvement is reflected on customer's orders under industrial maturity and Dogus Tekstil products acquire a different character combined with creativity and company image by using Scanner-Plotter and operation stations, a produce of Lüscher company, as CAD aided solutions.

AND PRINTING WE GO
Design are processed here for view and colouring, then transferred into screensby JET SCREEN engraving machine by LUSCHER company rapidly and risk free. As a result of this, designing and pattern with a better engraving revive in the phase of rotary screen printing.
Our plant provides 100% knitted finished products, has a rotary screen printing capacity of 40.000 meters/day in pigment, reactive and indanthrene type up to 12 colours.
Our design collection consists of over 7000 patterns for rotary screen print and over 800 patterns for copper roller print. Thus, customers are offered with a wide range of alternatives. Roll print machines, which are used in printing tubular fabrics, are 3 in number, and 5 different c,olours can be processed.

HIGH USAGE FASTNESSES
High rates of fastness is achieved after reactive and indanthrene print made by continuous wash and bleach machines, which provide optimum surface smoothness despite consumption of energy, water and tension remain low.
Continuous washing and bleaching machine, which ensures minumum power and water consumption, and excellent surface appearance, also helps to have high rate of precision following a reactive and indanthrene printing and an increase in capacity 9 tons/day in bleaching output.
Pre-treatment and finishing processes are very vital factors for a textile product. In this respect, treatment machines are equipped with latest technology and accessories such to ensure any kind of standards for touch and use.
In our plants 100% knitted fabric is processed for finishing through steps such as stenter, raising, sanforising by means of machines procured form high-tech manufacturers, which are equipped with a technology standard to improve total production quality.
