Quality in production does not come out of coincidence. It is impossible to resume the continuous quality in production only by means of subcontractors. Therefore, DOGUS TEKSTIL ISLETMELERI developed its production lines in such a complementary manner, which they present their production within their frame of responsibilities to the next, and are in conformity with understanding of 'Quality' concept of the management from yarn to ready made garment. DOGUS TEKSTIL is conscious of the fact that the quality is not achieved only by means of control at the end, but during the phases of design proses. It is for this reason why the first priority is given to the requirements of today together with those tomorrow, when picking the machinery and organising new production units.
Our spinnig mill uses Rieter Spinning System, manufacturer of best quality machine available, and Murata bobin machines in order to optimize production efficiency of coton yarn, which happens to be one of the rarest resources in the world. This system enables the Mill to work on cotton and any kind of blends, and to achive a yarn production fully complies with the world standards.
Our Spinning Mill with its machine park spreads over 20.000(metrekare) area and operates 350 days a year achieving a capacity of 3400 tons/year combed/carded ring spun and 1100 tons/year OE yarn, amounting in total 4500 tons/year yarn.
Dogus Company has kept increasing its turnover in domestic and international markets without any concessions from high quality, stable pricing and fast service policies with its hard working and talented staff as equipped with latest technology machinery available. Export volume which had been around USD 1,5 million in 1980s, has reached USD 35 million by maintaining an increasing trend thereafter now.
Dogus, as armed with a machine park which is fortified by addition of new ones everyday,is able to meet demands of today as well as future expections. All the machinery which are operating in those Production Plants within the group, have the necessary architectural and logistic infrastructure and configuration, to enable them to achieve a wide scale production.
Rather heavy burden of intense competition which our sector is experiencing in domestic and international markets are forcing us and our customers to produce goods which are elite and constantly under demand. Our production units are of capacity which meets such intense requirements.

Changing textile production processes are moving away very fast from a being a labour focused business despite the reverse fact known by everyone. It is only possible to achieve economical production volumes meet high quality by employing skilled people as managers, industrial and technical engineers and feasible investments.
Having a current human resources policy whick meets the demands of today and future requirements of the sector, Dogus Tekstil Isletmeleri carry out occupational training programmes developed by themselves as well as adopted contenporary personnel training programmes.
