CONDITIONS FOR GRABBING HIGH QUALITY
After all this hard work, our sole intention is to catch on with a high level quality in production that would be the best, which a conscious end user can buy with his/her money. Dogus Textile Industries are well aware of the quality problems, production difficulties, delivery bottle necks in the sector which can be confronted through all stages starting at the cotton fields and ends at finished producted. Therefore, the quality control phase starts right from the cotton yarn.
All abrasion risk and other problems which may arise during the dyeing processes can be eliminated after determining the

specifications of the cotton in our laboratory which is equipped with high technology USTER HVI 900 and USTER AFIS testing devices. Laboratory air conditioning is privided by an independent power plant.
On the other hand having quality-price and price-benefit ratios broadened in favour of our customers are another aspect of our quality policy. Quality in production also a fundamental element of our employees, domestic and foreign suppliers.

TEST AND STANDARDS
Our physical and chemical laboratories are equipped wtih all standard devices to test any rate of fastness and have the accreditation of Marks

and Spencer, thus has all the required, spesific equipment to carry out this task.
The recipes which ensure the best possible choices for dyeing processes are prepared by using a computer-aided spectrophotometer to work out the most cost effective prospectus an automatic pipetting device to ensure fastest and error-proof control sampling.
